Hoof-Prints In The SandI walk along the ocean shore. I hear the magnificent stallions calling to me. Their graceful movement intrudes my thoughts, and I am brought to a sense of enlightenment. I am no longer the simple-minded creature I once was, but now, one of them. I run as fast as the wind. No one can catch me, for I am free, and not restrained by leather reins. I call out to my brethren, and I hear their eager replies. I look out to the distant horizon, and see the sun-setting, ending a near perfect day. Yet I awake to find that I am once again an animal caught in society, with no escape. I see the horses running on the cliffs above, and I see the hoof-prints Hoof-Prints In The Sand
